Top Project: Using only cardboard and hot glue to create larger-than-life size foods, messages about consumerism, ad-culture, waste, and the food industry were able to be discussed during the performance piece and the sculpture effect created after. Bottom Project: An image was laser cut out of a predetermined size of cardboard and then manipulated by adding on material to the shape to enhance the image.

Using a photo of the Mississippi River, two layers were cut out using a laser cutter to create a 3D river bed. Once the layers were together, different kinds of strings, yards, paints, and glues were dripped, placed, and adhered to the surface of the cardboard to give the piece a flowing texture.
